Selectingechogramviewsonthebottombar
Thenumberoftabsavailableonthebottombardependsonhowmanychannelsyour
ES80has.Twotab"groups"allowyoutoselectchannelsandviews.Thisexampleshows
theES80withtwochannels.Inthiscontext,thephrasechannelisusedasacommon
termtoidentifythecombinationoftransceiver,transducerandoperatingfrequency.
APresentationmodes
Threepresentationmodesareavailablewhenyouwishtoseealltheechogram
channelssimultaneouslyintheES80presentation.Thethreetabswillarrangethe
echogramviewsvertically,horizontally,orinrectangularrowsandcolumns.
Bydefault,theechogramviewsareautomaticallyarrangedintheES80presentation.
Youcanclickanddragtheborderofeachindividualviewtochangeitssize.The
sizeoftheotherviewsarereducedaccordingly.
BSelectingindividualechogramchannels
Eachchannelisshownwithadedicatedtab.Thechannelisidentiedwiththe
nameofthetransducerinuse.Thisnameisthecustomnameyouprovidedwhen
youinstalledthetransducer.Selectaspecictransducertabtoseeonlythatchannel
intheES80presentation.
Selectingwhichechogramtypetouse
Onceoneormoreechogramviewsareopen,youcan
choosewhichechogramtypetosee.
Clickonceintheechogramviewthatyouwishtochange.Thiswillmaketheview
"active".Athickborderisplacedontheselectedviewtovisualizethis.Openthe
Activemenu,clickEchogramtoopenthedialogbox,andselectEchogramTypeonthe
Echogrampage.
Ineachechogramview,youcanalsoselectfromanumberofmarkers,linesand
annotationstoenhancetheechogram,ortoprovideadditionalinformation.Thesecanbe
selectedontheLinespageintheEchogramdialogbox.
