TheTransceiverInformationgroupshowsyouthetechnicalparametersfortheWide
BandTransceiver(WBT)thatisusedonthechosenfrequencychannel.Selectone
oftheitemsintheFrequencyChannelslisttoseetheinformationabouttherelevant
WideBandTransceiver(WBT).
TheinformationprovidedunderTransceiverInformationisnotrequiredfor
operationaluse.
TheDownloadTransceiverSoftwarefunctionallowsyoutoupgradethesoftwareon
theWideBandTransceiver(WBT).Softwareupdatesareonlyavailableifandwhen
distributedwiththeES80operationalsoftware.
•TransceiverBrowsing
TheTransceiverBrowsingparametersareusedwhenyouwishtostartanautomatic
searchfortransceiversonthenetwork.
ThecommunicationismadebetweentheProcessorUnit(identiedwithitsLocal
IPAddress)andoneormoretransceivers.Tosearchyournetworkfortransceivers,
checkthatthecorrectIPaddressoftheEthernetboardintheProcessorUnitisshown,
thenclicktheBrowsebutton.AlltransceiversconnectedtotheProcessorUnitthrough
thenetworkareautomaticallylistedintheFrequencyChannelslist.Eachtransceiver
isidentiedwithitsapplicablestatuslabel.
AtthebottomoftheTransceiverBrowsingeld,youcansetuptheES80to
automaticallyscanfornewsoftwareversionsforthetransceiver.Softwareupdates
areonlyavailableifandwhendistributedwiththeES80operationalsoftware.
