ThephysicallocationoftheES80transducerisimportantfortheES80data
accuracy.Theoffsetvaluefor"X"denestheverticallocation(thedepth)ofthe
transducerface.
Thisistheinstallationdepthofthetransducer;theverticallocationofthetransducer
facerelativetothewatersurface.Inordertomeasurecorrectwaterdepth,the
ES80needstoknowtheverticaldistancebetweenthevessel'swaterlineandthe
acousticfaceofeachtransducer.Thedepthofeachindividualtransducermustbe
denedmanually.Enterthedepthasapositivenumber.Ifthedisplacementofyour
vesselchangesconsiderably,youmayconsiderchangingthisparameteroften.For
accuratelocationofthetransducer,youneedthedetailedvesseldrawings.

ObservethattheTransceiverInstallationpageopens.
