maketheechogramstartfrom5metersabovethebottom.SetRangetothe
5metersplus10=15meters.Theechogramwillnowshowtheareafrom
5metersabovethedepth,anddownto10meters"below"thebottom.The
bottomcontourwillappearasaatline.
Procedure
1Clickinanyechogramviewtomakeit"active".
Thesettingyouchoosewillonlybevalidforthecurrently"active"echogram.The
"active"echogramviewisidentiedwithathickerborder.
2ObservetheMainmenu.
ItsdefaultlocationisontherightsideoftheES80presentation.
3LocatetheStartRangefunction.
4ChooseanegativevalueforStartRangetoplacethestartdepthatthepreferred
distanceover
thebottom.
Thefollowingmethodscanbeusedforthisadjustment.
•Select[+]or[-]tochoosetherequestedsetting.
•Selectthemiddleofthebutton,holdthemousebuttondepressed.Dragthe
cursorsidewaystoincreaseordecreasethelevel.
•Selectthemiddleofthebuttontoopenthemenu.Typetherequestedvalue.
YoucanonlytypeanewvalueifacomputerkeyboardisconnectedtoyourES80
ProcessorUnit.
