Error Messages and Codes
Paper Mismatch
The Width Sensor indicates the media fed does not match the media size
settings for the Tray.
Applicable Error Message
■ Tray 1 or Tray 2 Paper Mismatch
Initial Actions
■ Check the NVM settings for media size.
■ Cycle printer power.
■ If the problem persists, refer to the following procedure.
