The Main fan has stopped rotating.

1 Check the Fan for damage or debris.
Is the Fan damaged or obstructed by

2 Run the Fuser Fan test from EDC
mode.

3 Check the wiring harness connections

(CN2) and the Fan.
Are the connections secure?

4 Check for +5V at CN2-3.
Is +5V present at CN2-3?

5 Replace the Fan.
