Print-Quality Troubleshooting
Media Damage
Media is damaged during transport in the ADF or print engine.
Initial Actions
■ Check the paper transfer path.
■ Ensure there are no debris on the transfer path.
Steps 2-5 apply only to documents fed through the ADF.
Allow the Fuser to cool before starting the procedure.
