General Troubleshooting
Fuser Gear Damaged from Overheating
There is a repetitive jam at the Fuser or the Fuser rollers are not turning.
Allow the Fuser to cool before beginning the procedure.
Initial Actions
■ Ensure that the Fuser is secured to the printer.
■ Cycle printer power.
■ If the problem persists, refer to the following procedure.
