The Bin Full Sensor indicates the output tray is full.

■ Check the bin full actuator for damage or obstructions.
■ Cycle printer power.

1 Check the bin full actuator for damage.
Is the actuator damaged?
Repair the
actuator.

2 Check the connection between the
Main Controller Board CN12 and the
Bin Full Sensor.
Is the connection secure?
Go to step 3. Secure the
connections.
3 Check for +3.3 V at CN12-1.
Is +3.3 V present at CN12-1?.
Go to step 4. Replace the
Main Controller
Board

4 Check the continuity of the bin full
harness connecting the Main
Controller Board and Bin Full Sensor.
Is the harness damaged?
Repair the
harness.
Replace the Bin
