General Troubleshooting
Paper Rolled in the Fuser
There are repeated media jams in the Fuser.
Warning
Allow the Fuser to cool before beginning the repair.
Initial Actions
■ Check the media.
■ Clean the Fuser Pressure and Heat Rollers.
■ Check the Fuser gear.
■ If the problem persists, refer to the following procedure.
