CIVS voice scrambler

NOTE: The CIVS option may be installed with CES and AES encryptors.

CIVS provides cost-effective, software-enabled voice scrambling. It is simple to use,

and provides a basic level of voice security. You can select from one of 32 fixed codes

that offer different levels of security. Lower CIVS code levels are more secure than

higher CIVS code levels.
