8. Check that pointer (D) is properly positioned as follows:
a. Use wrench (A) to move bell crank (B) so that lower
edge of bell crank is parallel to top-link (C).
b. Check that pointer (D) is lined up with the top-
link (C). Bend pointer if necessary.

9. Unlock the wings by moving spring handles (A) to lower
(UNLOCK) position.

10. Move wing upward with torque wrench (A) until pointer
lower alignment tab (C) lines up with upper edge of top-
link (B). Observe indicator reading (A) on wrench and
record it.
