5.9.2 Cleaning Cooler Module
Clean the cooling module every 100 hours of operation. Daily cleaning may be required if operating in heavy crop
conditions.
DANGER
To prevent bodily injury or death from the unexpected startup of the machine, always stop the engine and remove the
key from the ignition before leaving the operators seat for any reason.
1. Shut down the engine, and remove the key from the ignition.
2. Open the hood. For instructions, refer to 5.3.1 Opening Hood, page 335.
3. Proceed to the cleaning procedures. For instructions, refer to Cleaning Right Cooling Module, page 389 or Cleaning Left
Cooling Module, page 386.
Cleaning Left Cooling Module
The engine radiator, air conditioning condenser, and screen in the left cab-forward cooling module must be cleaned to
ensure the best performance.
