Sets the power of the selected carrier.
Parameters:
<CarrierIndex> integer
Range: 0 to lastCarrier
<Power> float
Range: -80 to 0
Increment: 0.01

Sets the power of the carrier with the aid of a value list.
Setting parameters:
<Pow0[,Pow1..]> float
Increment: 0.01

Query parameters:
<Start> integer
start carrier index
Range: 0 to lastCarrier
<Count> integer
number of carriers in the carrier range, starting from the
<Start> carrier
Range: 1 to lastCarrier

stepped up or down by the power specified with the [:SOURce<hw>]:BB:MCCW:
EDIT:CARRier:POWer:STEP command.
