Starts the switching loss measurement.
Usage:

POWer:SWITching:GATE:CONDuction:STARt <StartTime>
Sets the start time for the conduction gate. This value is simultaneously the stop time
for the turn on gate.
Parameters:
<StartTime>
POWer:SWITching:GATE:CONDuction:STOP <StopTime>
Sets the stop time for the conduction gate. This value is simultaneously the start time
for the turn off gate.
