4.7 vrrp description
Use this command to specify a descriptor for the VRRP.
Use the no form of this command to restore the default setting.
vrrp [ ipv6 ] group description text

This function is disabled by default. Even if the VRRP function is enabled, no VRRP group descriptor
is configured by default.

This command will set the descriptor for the VRRP group to facilitate the identification of the VRRP
group.

The following example labels the VRRP group 1 on Ethernet interface E0 as Building A – Marketing
and Administration.
