MHL360 E 5.15
Suppressing the regeneration
ATTENTION
If the regeneration is suppressed
for an extended time, damage to
the diesel engine or exhaust sys-
tem is possible. Carry out regenera-
tion as soon as possible.
Press indicator (118/62).
Indicator (118/62) flashes quickly. There is
no regeneration. An active regeneration
process is interrupted. Regeneration starts
again after around five minutes.
Without regeneration, the loading of the diesel
particle filter increases further. The diesel par-
ticle filter monitor is engaged.

loading
Pending filter change
During each regeneration, ash is generated in
small quantities that remain in the diesel parti-
cle filter. Therefore, the diesel particle filter
needs to be changed at the relevant mainte-
nance intervals. If the ash content is too high,
indicator (118/56) comes on. If this occurs,
the diesel particle filter needs to be replaced
immediately.
