DIN EN ISO 10262

2.9 Equipment and attachment parts
Equipment and attachment parts from third-
party manufacturers or those that have not
been generally approved by TEREX | Fuchs
for fitting or mounting must not be fitted to or
mounted on the machine without the prior
written consent of TEREX | Fuchs.
TEREX | Fuchs must provide the necessary
technical data for this purpose.
2.9.1 Retrofitting an electric motor
If an electric motor is switched off, it will con-
tinue to rotate for a short period of time and,
as a result of this, voltage may be fed into the
on-board power supply. Consequently, ma-
chine malfunctions may occur. To prevent
this, the motor must be switched via a relay.
2.9.2 Additional devices (wireless, mo-
bile, radio)
Devices to be connected must be suited to the
loading machine and be safe and free from
damage. They must be mounted such that the
field of vision is not restricted, all control ele-
ments remain easy to access and they cannot
come loose when the machine is in use.
If electrical devices are connected, they must
satisfy the requirements of international
standard ISO 13766. In particular, there must
not be any interference over 24 V/m coming
from them. j
If this is disregarded, mal-
functions in the machine control unit may
result. potentially causing severe or even
fatal injuries as well as serious damage to the
machine.
The volume of the radio or CD player (option-
al) needs to be adapted to the work situation.
Protect hearing
Important signals or noises emitted from the
loading machine and its surroundings must
remain clearly audible.
