5.19.4 Range limiting (optional)
j WARNING
Danger of injury from collisions
The range limit is not a safety de-
vice, rather, it is an auxiliary func-
tion.
Collisions may arise due to:
- Work attachments
- Loading
- Cut-off path
Maintain a safe distance in ac-
cordance with the risk of collision.
No rapid movements of the dip-
perstick close to the cut-off
points.
In an emergency: Administer first
aid, seek treatment from a doctor
Automatic cut-off
If the outer part of the loading equipment
reaches the cut-off limit (179/1), the range
limitation stops the functions of dipperstick
and boom that will exceed the cut-off limit with
further actuation. The coordinates of the cut-
off limit can be changed.
h Chapter 4.5.14.2 Set limits (optional)
Range limitation is always activated automati-
cally when the ignition is switched on. On the
main control display, corresponding indicators
(180/30) and text messages (180/34) appear.
