5.10 Operating the windshield wipers
5.10.1 Switching on / off
ATTENTION
The windshield wiper only works if the wind-
shield is closed.
The upper and lower windshield wipers (op-
tional) are operated with button toggle
(137/68) on the control panel. The button tog-
gle indicator shows the status.

Indicator off: Wipers switched off

Indicator flashes: Wiping with the pre-
sets of the function menu

Indicator with continuous light: Wip-
ers in continuous operation
Wipers
►
Press button briefly in order to change the
status.
Wiper water
►
Press button down and hold it in order to
wipe with wiper water.
After the button is released, the wipers
continue to wipe in the previously selected
mode or stop a short time later.
