Activating load limit sensing control
Once the malfunctions affecting load limit
sensing control have been corrected, deacti-
vation must be reversed.
►
Switch off the machine.
►
Fold the isolating blade terminals in and
press them back into the contact position.
►
Switch on the ignition. The indicator
(341/10) is no longer lit.
►
Start the machine.
►
If the indicator (341/10) no longer lights up
in any operating conditions, it means that
there are no errors affecting the system.
8.8 Heater and air conditioning malfunc-
tions
8.8.1 Air conditioning system
If the air conditioning system is set to high
output, the refrigerant flows into the sight
glass (344/1) without bubbles. The indicator
ring (344/2) must be green. If the indicator
ring (344/2) is yellow, or bubbles, rust marks
or condensation appear in the sight glass, the
system must be checked and repaired by an
authorized specialist.
8.8.2 Supplementary heating
Supplementary heating does not start

Switch heating off.
►
Check fuses.
►
Switch heating on.
If the heating still does not function when
switched on for a third time, please contact
Eberspächer Customer Service. If you contin-
ue attempting to switch on the heating, the
system will be completely cut off and it will not
be possible to switch it back on again.
During overheating
Possible causes may be that the vents are
covered up or the suction intake grate is dirty.

Switch heating off.
►
Uncover vents.
►
Switch heating on.
►
Other malfunctions which cannot be reme-
died by the operator must be checked and
repaired by Customer Service only.
