2.1.1 Safety Alert Symbol

The safety symbol
(n) warns of
possible injuries that in extreme
cases could even result in death. It
is therefore essential that the safety
instructions following the symbol
are obeyed.
2.1.2 Signal word
The signal word and its changing back-
ground indicate the danger level.

Failure to observe these instructions will result in
death or severe, permanent injuries.
j WARNING
Failure to observe these instructions may result
in death or severe, permanent injuries.
j CAUTION
Failure to observe these instructions may lead to
minor injuries.
