7.7.12 Adjusting the play of the parking
brake
h Carry out maintenance as described in
chapter 7.6.4 Maintenance and inspection
plan.
►
Release the parking brake (304/65).
►
Remove the screw cap (305/1).
►
Loosen the counter nut (305/3).
►
Screw in the threaded pin (305/2) until re-
sistance is felt (brake pads (306/4) in con-
tact with brake disk (306/5).
►
Screw the threaded pin (305/2) back by
half a turn.
►
Counter with nut (305/3).
►
Screw on the screw cap (305/1) hand-tight.
