1.5 Type plates and vehicle identification
number
1.5.1 Loading machine
The type plate (1/1) can be found on the un-
dercarriage. The vehicle identity number is
also stamped on the undercarriage (1/2).
Attention
Please always quote the vehicle type and vehi-
cle identity number when making inquiries and in
all correspondence.
The following information about the vehicle
type and manufacturer can be found on the
type plate (fig. 2):

4 Minimum operating weight
5 Maximum operating weight
6 Permissible front axle load

1.5.2 Diesel engine and exhaust system
Type plates for the diesel engine are located
on the cylinder head cover (3/1) and crank-
case. Type plates for the exhaust system are
located in the exhaust gas after-treatment
area.
