(6) Remove the turboch arger hea t shield (Fig. 3).
(7) Remove the engine cover (Fig. 3).
(8) Remove the a ir clean er a nd hose a t t he turbo-
charger and a ir clea ner assembly.
(9) Disconn ect th e t ransm ission lin es at the r adia-
tor.
(10) Disconn ect the upper an d lower radiator
hoses.
(11) Disconn ect the A/C lines at t he conden ser.
(12) Disconn ect the condenser fan harness con nec-
tor.
(13) Disconn ect th e power steerin g cooler lines at
the cooler.
(14) Disconn ect th e ch arge a ir cooler hose at the
intake man ifold (Fig. 3).
(15) Remove ch arge a ir hose fasten ers a t t he radi-
ator closu re pan el.
(16) Remove th e fasteners r etaining t he ra diator to
the fr ont crossmem ber.
(17) Remove the cha nge air cooler, A/C con derser
and fan as an assembly.
(18) Disconn ect th e charge air hose at t he intake
manifold (Fig. 3).
(19) Remove th e radiator a ssem bly.
(20) Disconn ect t he h igh pr essu re a nd retur n
hoses at the power steerin g pump.
(21) Disconn ect the fuel lin es at th e fuel filt er.
(22) Disconn ect th e refrigerant line a t the A/C
compressor.
(23) Disconn ect the va cuum line for the bra ke
booster at t he va cuum pum p (F ig. 3).
(24) Disconn ect the coolant hose of h eating ret urn
flow at the wa ter pump.
(25) Disconn ect t he coolant hose of th e h eater sup-
ply a t t he coolant pipe at the side of the cylinder
head.
