INSTALLATION
(1) In st all ha ndle into door opening and pu sh back
so the thr ee ca tch points lock in place on both sides.
(Fig. 1)
(2) In st all bolt and tight en to 10 N·m (89 in. lbs.).
(3) In st all trim cap.
INSIDE HANDLE ACTUATOR
REMOVAL
(1) Remove the trim plug. (Fig. 2)
(2) Remove screw a nd rem ove handle.
INSTALLATION
(1) In st all the han dle an d scr ew.
(2) Tighten screw to 10 N·m (89 in. lbs.).
(3) In st all trim plug.
UPPER ROLLER ARM
REMOVAL
(1) Usin g a gr ease pen cil or equivalent, mark posi-
tion of r oller a rm to a id installation.
(2) Su pport door with suitable device.
(3) Remove the bolts. (F ig. 3)
(4) Slide r oller arm towa rds rea r of vehicle and
remove from ba ck of track.
INSTALLATION
(1) In st all roller ar m into upper tra ck from ba ck.
(2) Position roller arm on door and inst all th e
bolts.
(3) Tighten bolts to 25 N·m (18 ft. lbs.).
(4) Adjust door a s necessa ry. (Refer to 23 - BODY/
DOORS - SLIDING/SLIDING DOOR - ADJ UST-
ME N TS)
CEN T ER ROLLER ARM
REMOVAL
(1) Remove trim cover. (Fig. 4)
(2) Remove tr im pa nel if n ecessary. (Refer to 23 -
BODY/DOORS - SLIDING/TRIM PANEL -
REMOVAL)
(3) Remove rubber cover.
(4) Usin g a grease pencil or equivalent, ma rk th e
horizont al position of t he arm at the arrow.
(5) Su pport door with suitable lifting device.
(6) Remove bolt a nd remove roller a rm from door.
(7) Remove roller ar m from center guide tra ck.
