PROPELLER SHAFT VIBRATION
Out-of-r ound tires or wheels that a re out of bal-
ance, will cau se a low fr equency vibration.
Driveline vibrat ion can be fr om loose or damaged
engine m ounts.
Propeller sha ft vibr ation increa ses with vehicle
speed. A vibration with in a specific speed is not usu-
ally caused by a out of ba lan ced propeller sha ft.
Worn univer sa l joint s or an incorrect propeller shaft
angle, u su ally cause such a vibration.
