Symptom Probable Cause Resolution
Plate carrier
drives fully into
the AM Module.
Plate front sensor is
faulty.
Replace faulty sensor.
AM Module Main
board is faulty.
Replace AM Module Main board is faulty.
Plate carrier does
not move
Broken, disconnected
drive belt or drive belt
too tight.
Re-attach, replace or decrease belt tension.
Dirty or damaged
plate carrier bearings
or bearing shaft.
Clean or replace damaged plate carrier
bearings or bearing shaft.
Idler bearing
damaged.
Replace Idler bearing.
Plate motor is faulty. Replace motor.
Faulty AM Module
Main board.
Replace AM Module Main board.
SETUP

Fault on the AM
Module board.
Replace AM Module board.
