4.3 System Problems
Note: The application program displays a number of messages on the
display during the normal operation of the system. If a fault occurs, it is
likely that an error message will be presented. These messages are
designed to help you locate the cause of the problem, and they often
suggest possible solutions.
4.3.1 Communication Problems
This section describes situations in which information from the computer cannot be
transmitted to the system or vice versa.

An error has occurred
while sending the
commands to a
module.
Check the communication settings and
cables.
Computer control
command error.
The command was
not accepted by the
module.
Check the communication settings and

Device
already/not open.
The command was
not accepted by the
module

Directory nnn
does not exist.
Program could not
find the specified
directory
Make sure the drive and directory are correct.
