11. Remove lower bolt (A) and loosen top bolt (B). Swing
C-clamp (C) up, and then slide the drive assembly to
the right to allow the drive sprocket to fall off the shaft.

12. Use a pry bar (A) to slide the drum assembly to the right
side of the adapter.
