Loads the selected file from the default or the specified directory. Loaded are files with
extension *.fcf.
Query the name of the predefined files with the command [:SOURce<hw>]:NOISe:
PHASenoise:SHAPe:PREDefined:CATalog? on page 1184.
Parameters:
<PhaseNoiseSel> "<filename>"
Filename or complete file path; file extension can be omitted
