13.22.2.1 PCIe configuration settings
Access: [Protocol] > "Setup" tab > "Protocol" = "PCIe"
Make sure that the tab of the correct serial bus is selected.

Generation
Selects the generation of the PCIe technology.
"PCIe Gen1
(2.5 Gbit/s) "
Selects the PCIe generation 1.0, standard introduced in 2003. It has
a transfer rate of 2.5 Gbit/s.
"PCIe Gen2 (5
Gbit/s) "
Selects the PCIe generation 2.0, standard introduced in 2007. It has
a transfer rate of 5 Gbit/s.
"PCIe Gen3 (8
Gbit/s) "
Selects the PCIe generation 3.0, standard introduced in 2010. It has
a transfer rate of 8 Gbit/s.
