Parameters for setting and query:
<MaskTestName> String with the name of the mask test
Usage: Asynchronous command
MTESt:ONViolation:TRIGgerout <MaskTestName>,<TriggerOutPulse>
MTESt:ONViolation:TRIGgerout? <MaskTestName>
Creates a trigger out pulse on mask violation or successful completion of the test cycle.
Parameters:
<TriggerOutPulse> NOACtion | SUCCess | VIOLation
