A2.3.4 Date of Manufacture
Enter the FRM’s date of manufacture.
A2.3.5 Beacon Serial Number and Battery Expiry Date
Enter the beacon serial number and battery expiry date, both of which can be found on the
beacon.
A2.3.6 Distance from Bow
Enter the distance of the FRM unit from the ship’s bow.
A2.3.7 Distance from Centerline
Enter the distance of the FRM unit from the ship’s centerline.
A2.3.8 Direction from Centerline
Select either Port or Starboard radio button to show FRM unit’s direction from ship’s centerline.
A2.3.9 Deck
Enter the Deck number and, if necessary, name on which the FRM unit is located.
A2.3.10 FRM IP Address
Enter the IP address of the FRM unit.
A2.3.11 FRM Subnet Address
Enter the subnet address of the FRM unit.
A2.3.12 Default Gateway IP
Enter the default gateway IP of the FRM unit.
A2.3.13 Memory Partition Information
Note! This section is only visible for the L3 HVR unit. If another FRM type is in
use, the user can skip the following three entries.

Granules
To access this information, follow the instructions provided below:
1. Open an Internet Explorer browser on the VDR desktop.
2. In the address bar at the top of the browser interface type 192.168.0.2/hvrhome.htm and
press the Enter key.
3. Select the “Flash Setup” button located on the left side of the screen.
4. Enter L3HVR as the password.
