Turning the uppercarriage
Do not clear the ground in front of
the loading machine with the load-
ing equipment by slewing the up-
percarriage to and fro. Do not pull
loads with the swing assembly.
The assignment of the four-way control levers
differs according to the control unit. Fig. 164
shows the ISO control unit.

The diesel engine is running, the left arm-
rest is flipped down.
Turning
►
Move the four-way control lever in the de-
sired direction of rotation. The farther it is
swung, the faster the uppercarriage turns.
Hydraulic braking
►
Release the four-way control lever. The
four-way control lever swings back into the
"0-position". The uppercarriage slowly de-
celerates and stops.
or
►
Press the four-way control lever in the op-
posite direction. The uppercarriage decel-
erates quickly and immediately turns in the
opposite direction.
