SCOPE OF WORK FOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Oil Service
• Engine: Oil ch ange an d filter repla cement
Check fluid levels of the following system, refill as neces-
sary.
• If fluid is lost, t race an d elimina te cause - as a
sepa rat e order.
• Power-assisted st eering
Lubrication work:
• Tra iler tow hitch (original equ ipment)
Maintenance
• ASSYST maintenance computer r eset
Function check
• Signa lling system , warn ing and indica tor lam ps
• Headlamps, exterior light ing
• Windshield wipers, windshield wa sh er system
Check for leaks and damage
• Ch eck for abr asion points and ensure t hat lines
are correct ly r outed!
• All lines and hoses, sen sor ca bles
• Ru bber boots on fron t axle drive sha fts, rubber
boots on front axle suspension ba ll joints, shock
absorbers
• Ch eck fluid levels for the following system s, cor-
rect as necessa ry
NOTE: Should there be a loss of fluid which cannot
be explained by regular use, trace and eliminate the
cause.
• Engine cooling system . Check corrosion inhibi-
tor/antifr eeze, refill a s necessar y.
• Hydraulic brake system
• Ba t t er y
• Windshield wa sh er system
Engine
• Fuel filter ren ewal - Every oil service
• Air cleaner wit h mainten ance indicator:
• Ch eck degree of contamin ation.
• Air cleaner filter elemen t renewed as necessa ry.

reta ining fixt ures
• Secon da ry r ubber springs: Visual check
• Tire pr essu res: Correct as necessary, includin g

• Heating/vent ila tion dust filter renewal
