DESCRIPTION
The int erior light ing for this model includes the
following stan da rd and optional inca ndescent int erior
lam ps and contr ols:
• As h R e c e iv e r/Ciga r Lig h t e r La m p - An avail-
able ash r eceiver/cigar lighter lam p is secured by an
integra l mount to the outside of the cigar lighter ha lo
ring. A single la mp serves to illuminat e both the
translucen t halo ring a nd the ash receiver.
• Ca rg o/D o m e La m p - Severa l cargo/dome lamp
units located overh ead in bot h the front an d rear of
the vehicle interior are sta ndard equipment. These
lam ps featu re a single inca ndescent bulb. An optional
version of these lam ps includes an integral thr ee-po-
sition switch that protrudes th rough the lamp lens.
• Ca rg o La mp S w i tc h - Toggle-t ype remote
cargo lamp switches located in the accessory swit ch
bezel in th e center of the in st rumen t pa nel, on the
back side of th e cargo compartment bulkh ead pa nel,
and on the rear cargo door pillar ar e a n available
opt ion on a ll van models. Th e in st rument pa nel
switch has two Ligh t-Emitting Diode (LED) units,
one for illumina tion and a secon d tha t provides a n
indication. The switches m ounted in the cargo com-
pa rtmen t a lso ha ve two LED un its, but only t he indi-
cation LED u nit is functional in this applicat ion.
• Do m e /Re a d in g Lam p - An opt iona l equipm ent
dom e/reading lam p unit is located in the windshield
header area between the driver and passenger sun
visors. This lamp fea tures two inca ndescent bulbs,
one dome lam p bulb and a secon d, dedicat ed reading
lam p bulb. An integral four-position switch protrudes
through th e lam p lens.
• Do m e La m p /In tru s io n S e n s o r - An opt ional
equipm ent dome lamp/int rusion sensor un it is
locat ed overh ead in t he veh icle inter ior. This lam p
featu res four incan descent bu lbs, two for dom e lamps
and t wo for dedicat ed right and left r eading lamps.
This la mp has two int egra l thr ee-position switches,
one to control interior la mp oper ation a nd on e to con -
trol readin g lamp operat ion. This la mp also houses
three int rusion sensors t hat a re pa rt of an opt ional
vehicle theft secu rity system .
• Door Jamb Switch - A door jamb switch for
each fr ont door is standar d equipment on a ll m odels.
A door jamb switch for each sliding side door and the
