(3) Push fir mly an d evenly on the top of the turn
signal r elay unt il the ter min als ar e fully sea ted in
the t erminal cavities in t he receptacle of the fu se
block and both latches are fu lly engaged.
(4) Reinstall the fuse access panel onto the steer-
ing column opening cover below the steering colu mn
on the instr umen t panel.
(5) Reconnect t he battery negative cable.
