This signal port is used to add an alternate or secondary receiving
signal port. A default receiving signal port is TCP 1720, and an
additional signal port will be opened if this field is configured to a
valid value. When the system is installed behind the xDSL modem,
the problem of the consecutive second call can happen by the
uncontrolled H.323 ALG function at the xDSL modem. This field can
be used to solve the problem of the consecutive second call.
