It is for roaming of DECT phones in large sites with more than 3 WTIM (WTIB).

It is recommended to use one type of WTIM (WTIM 24 or WTIM 4/8)
If both are used in a site, then the zone number of WTIM 4/8 should be lower than the zone number of WTIM
24.
The maximum DECT phone number is 192 if WTIM is combined
The maximum DECT phone number is 254 if only WTIM 24 is used in a site.
