Chapter 3 Removal and Replacement Procedures (RRPs)
3) Put the wires of the HARNESS ASSEMBLY TRAY 1 into the notch of the HOLDER NO PAPER
SENSOR as shown (Figure 1).
4) Insert a screwdriver through the space left by the FUSER ASSEMBLY, and install the HOLDER
NO PAPER SENSOR to the 150 FEEDER ASSEMBLY using the screw (gold, 8mm).
After tightening the screw, make sure that the wires of the HARNESS ASSEMBLY TRAY
1 have not been pinched.
5) Install the FUSER ASSEMBLY (PL 6.1) (RRP6.8).
6) Install the COVER REAR 500 (PL 7.1) (RRP7.9).
7) Close the COVER OPEN (PL 1.1).
