Chapter 6 Principles of Operation
MOTOR FEEDER is transmitted to the ROLL ASSY via the CLUTCH PR-REGI.
This conveys the paper into the printer together with ROLL PINCH TURN.
PWBA FEEDER 550
A CPU is installed in the PWBA FEEDER 550. This CPU receives instructions from
HVPS/MCU and from sensors and switches, and controls feeding operation in the
Option 550 Feeder. A flash ROM is used with the CPU installed in the PWBA
FEEDER, so that the firmware can be rewritten through communications.
