Serial standard
For some serial standards, the bit rate is known to the instrument. Select the standard,
and the pattern type is set automatically, no estimation is required. The serial stand-
ards are available only if the instrument is able to support its maximum nominal bit
rate, see "Maximum nominal bit rate" on page 255.
The following predefined standards are currently available:
