Configuration Guide 802.1X Commands
Displays the 802.1X configurations on the interface.
Use this command to specify the 802.1X authentication mode.
dot1x auth-mode { eap | chap | pap }
Enables EAP-MD5 authentication mode.
Enables CHAP authentication mode.
Enables PAP authentication mode.
The default is EAP-MD5 authentication mode.
Global configuration mode
The selection of authentication mode depends on the suppliant and portal server.
The following example enables CHAP authentication mode.
Ruijie(config)# dot1x auth-mode chap
Displays the 802.1X information.
4.12 dot1x auth-with-order
Use this command to set the order and precedence for authentication.
