Configuration Guide 802.1X Commands
dot1x timeout re-authperiod time
Authentication interval, in the range from 0 to 65,535 in the unit
of seconds.
The default is 3,600 seconds.
Global configuration mode
Use the show dot1x command to display the 802.1X configuration.
The following example sets the re-authentication interval to 2,400 seconds.
Ruijie(config)# dot1x timeout re-authperiod 2400
Displays the information about 802.1X.
4.44 dot1x timeout server-timeout
Use this command to set the server timeout interval.
dot1x timeout server-timeout time
The server timeout interval, in the range from 1 to 65,535 in
the unit of seconds
The default is 5 seconds.
Global configuration mode
By default, the timeout of the 802.1X server is less than that of the Radius server. Use this command
to raise the 802.1X timeout so as to exceed the Radius value. For details, see Configuration Guide.
The following example set the server timeout interval to 10 seconds.
Ruijie(config)# dot1x timeout server-timeout 10
