2h. VDR Data Port and RSM (if installed) is functioning properly
Connect laptop PC to VDR Data Port to check for confirm communication with VDR.
If applicable, download to the RSM from OAU functions correctly.

2i. VDRPARAMS.INI Configuration Test
The STORAGE section has correct video channel being sent to the capsule.
The AUDIO section should have proper number of mixers, microphones, and VHF
set.
The VIDEO section should have the number of sources, the transfer rate and the
number of blocks set correctly.

2j. Final Pre-Commissioning Steps
VDR-CFG.TXT is edited to reflect installation.
Five (5) minutes of data consisting of information from all source equipment
connected to VDR.
Download client computer, if provided, is configured for download and playback.

2k. Commissioning Complete
Commissioning Form is complete.
All papers have been signed by Service Supplier.
Copies of Type Approval Certificate(s) have been provided to Ship.
Operation manual(s) are provided to Ship.
