1 A filter element must always be changed if the clogging indicator responds at the operating temperature of the hy-
draulic system and the signal stays on continuously.
2 Extension of hydraulic oil change intervals
Hydraulic oil change based on oil sample analyses and lab report. Oil sample intervals as specified by test lab.
3 Shortening of the hydraulic oil change intervals
If the loading machine is generally operated with a hydraulic hammer or under difficult conditions (frequent chang-
ing of work attachment, surroundings exposed to dust), there is a danger the hydraulic oil will become more con-
taminated than normal.
To prevent the hydraulic components wearing prematurely as a result, the oil change intervals (and/or the intervals
between oil samples) should be reduced.
