Wheels, brakes, axles and transmission

40 Visual inspection of all steel parts and components for material cracks, de-
formation, wear, external damage, completeness, etc.

Fastenings, hoses and their connections, clamps, control valves, hose rup-
ture safety valves (optional), hydraulic pumps, cylinders, etc. for seating,
condition, and tightness.
h When tightening hose and line connections, the screw couplings must be
locked to prevent rotation.

Check the bearing of the cab (h Chapter 7.5)

Check that door latches function perfectly, and replace if necessary
Check the bearing and pins of the loading equipment and adjust to "no play"
Tighten the fastening screws on the counterweight (2400 Nm).
Slewing ring fastenings, swing gear, swing gear motor; check that ring gear
attachment screws are securely fastened
Check V-belt tension, generator.

Condition of heater and air conditioning
Change the filter material for the air filter (hot water heating)
