– Prise off securing clip -1-.
– Remove pins -2-. Use mandrel if necessary.
– Disengage stop -3- at top of carrier.
– Prise off securing clip -6-.
– Remove pin -7-. Use mandrel if necessary.
– Unscrew bolts -4- (2x).
– Take out gas strut -5-.
– Prise out securing clips -arrows-.
– Pull out pivot pins -1- and -3-.

Installing
Install in reverse order of removal. Observe the following:
– Always renew securing clips following removal.
– Make sure carrier and padding fully engage.
4.6 Removing and installing padding for
centre armrest (one-piece)
Removing
– Remove centre armrest ⇒ page 75 .
– Starting at bottom -arrow-, carefully prise cover -1- off padding
-2-.
– Take out cover.
