– Remove the seat

– Attach the holder for
seat repair -VAS 6136-
to the engine and gear‐
box holder -VAS 6095- .
– Attach the front seat to
the holder for seat repair
-VAS 6136- .
– Remove the side trim on
the sill panel side

– Remove the side trim on
the tunnel side
⇒ page 293 .
– Remove the front trim
⇒ page 293 .
– Remove the holder for
the seat side trim panels

– Remove the backrest

– Remove the head re‐

– Unplug the connector

– Use a screwdriver to
prise out the fastening
strips -5- (8x).
– Use a screwdriver to prise out the lower fastening strips -3- (5x).
– Fold down the cover and padding -1-.
– Unplug the connector -4-.
– Detach the cover and padding -1-.
♦ Installing
– Install the cover and padding -1- in the reverse order of removal.
